Air New Zealand from London Heathrow and Manchester
Air New Zealand no longer operate flights out of the UK. You can, however, fly from London Heathrow and Manchester on their alliance partners as follows: Singapore Airlines through Singapore, Etihad through Abu Dhabi, United Airlines through Los Angeles and San Francisco and Air Canada through Vancouver. Utilising certain fare types and in conjunction with Virgin Atlantic or Cathay Pacific it is possible to have stops in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, San Francisco and Vancouver.
The airline also has an extensive network through the Pacific Islands with the possibility of stopovers in Rarotonga in the Cook Islands, Nadi in Fiji (in conjunction with Fiji Airways) and Papeete in French Polynesia (in conjunction with Air Tahiti Nui).
Air New Zealand from London Heathrow
Operating from London Heathrow’s new Terminal 2 (The Queen’s Terminal) all flights to New Zealand are daily and via Los Angeles on B777-300 aircraft. The airline operates through the new Tom Bradley International Terminal in Los Angeles that will enhance and greatly improve the transit experience through this airport.
The airline also has an extensive network through the Pacific Islands with the possibility of stopovers in Rarotonga in the Cook Islands, Nadi in Fiji (in conjunction with Fiji Airways) and Papeete in French Polynesia (in conjunction with Air Tahiti Nui). Utilising certain fare types and in conjunction with Virgin Atlantic or Cathay Pacific it is possible to have stops in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, San Francisco and Vancouver.
Air New Zealand has also formed an alliance with Singapore Airlines with the airlines code-sharing between London and Singapore and then on to Auckland and Christchurch. A stop can now been made in Singapore on an Air New Zealand ticket!

On most International flights your actual seats can be pre-booked at no additional cost. Extra legroom seats can be pre-booked at a cost: from £50 per sector for preferred seat, from £80 per sector for exit row.

Chauffeur Transfers
Air New Zealand offer a complimentary chauffeur transfer service for all Business Class passengers departing from London Heathrow. The allowance is 60 miles and is not available to passengers travelling on some of the lower “Special Fares” that are available from time to time!

Air New Zealand is a member of the Star Alliance which has 28 member airlines (Including Singapore Airlines, Thai International, South African Airways, Lufthansa, Air Canada and United Airlines). The group operate 4,701 aircraft and 21,900 flights daily to 1328 destinations in 195 countries. Round the World airfares are available on Star Alliance carriers with 3 to 15 stopovers available in all classes of travel.

Air New Zealand operate the most extensive network of domestic flights throughout New Zealand. Airbus A320 aircraft operate main trunk routes connecting the major cities and towns with turbu prop aircraft on the regional routes. Regular flights connect the major cities of New Zealand and Australia and more recently flights between Sydney and Queenstown and Sydney and Rotorua. Air New Zealand also operate flights to cities in Asia, North America and all of the Pacific Islands

The cabin has just 3 rows of seats in a 2-3-2 configuration and is immediately behind the Business Premier cabin.

In Business Premier, you’ll enjoy a super soft leather seat that transforms into a luxurious lie-flat bed, with a memory foam mattress, two full-size pillows and a cosy duvet. There’s also an ottoman footrest that doubles as guest seating. And all lie-flat beds have direct aisle access.
