TOURS OF NEW ZEALAND

28 Day Small Group Escorted Tours of New Zealand

New Zealand is a pure and unspoilt country of just 4.8 million inhabitants, covering an area just slightly larger than the United Kingdom. When touring New Zealand on our group travel tours, you will discover a country that boasts spectacular scenery, lush vegetation, unique wildlife and a pleasant climate. Everywhere, the Maori people and their traditions add volumes to the richness of its history, culture and daily life.

Travelling by road is the best way to see the real New Zealand, and there’s no finer way of touring than our exclusive small group series offers. A carefully planned guided tour of New Zealand organised by Kiwis with extensive local knowledge will give you many inspiring insights into our glorious country.

This group tour of New Zealand is carefully designed for a maximum of just 20* clients, which we believe makes it one of the best small group escorted tours of New Zealand. Don’t just take our word for it, why not see what our clients have said about our small group escorted tour of New Zealand?

During the 28 days of the tour, you will travel in absolute comfort from Auckland to Christchurch, stay in some of New Zealand’s finest accommodation, and enjoy the genuine warmth of Kiwi hospitality.

*Note – It is possible due to booking patterns that we may sometimes carry 21 passengers – but never more.

New Zealand Group Tours FAQ

Thank you for visiting our Frequently Asked Questions section! Here, you’ll find a wealth of useful information designed to guide you every step of the way as you plan your dream tour of New Zealand with us. We’re here to ensure that your journey is as seamless and exciting as possible.

To see all the main attractions at a leisurely, comfortable pace, we would recommend spending around a month in New Zealand. Our 28 day escorted tour is designed specifically to allow you the time to view the most spectacular sites without rushing, and we have chosen this time frame carefully.

Our general rule of thumb is to spend twice as long in the South of New Zealand as you do in the North, as this will allow you to spread the activities available evenly.

Singapore Airlines and Emirates fly into both Auckland (north) and Christchurch(south) on a daily basis, and provide comfortable, accessible flights. Cathay Pacific is likewise recommended, however they don’t operate on a daily schedule.

This depends on the time you have available.

On a coach tour, you will access the main sites and have an informed commentary while you sit back and enjoy the scenery if you are short on time. For those who like the independence of driving themselves and exploring at their own pace with a mixture of accommodation types, driving yourself may be preferable.

We are more than happy to discuss your options when you contact us about our New Zealand tours.

New Zealand is far easier to drive by yourself. Unless you are on a tour of Australia in a small area such as the East Coast, we would recommend avoiding self-driving tours as the landscape is too big.

Choosing a coach tour will save immeasurable amounts of time and fuel money, and give you the freedom to sit back, relax, and enjoy your time Down Under.
